Earlier today, the Second Chance Foundation, with the support of their generous donors, provided food and drinks to 500 Muslim inmates at the Male Correctional Centre who were observing the holy month of Ramadan.
The foundation's gesture was aimed at providing support to the inmates at a joyous moment like this, and to show them that they are not forgotten.
Expressing their gratitude, some of the inmates thanked the foundation and its donors for the kind gesture, noting that it has brought some measure of relief to them during this period.
In a statement by the foundation, they expressed their profound gratitude to all their donors, including Ceo Val, Daddy Saj, Shocole, Cool Jay, Ellen Keister, Real Boss, Sul Cut, Sarah Kallay, Tity Barrie, Fantacial World, Del Vaquo, Prezo Jesse, KMK, Blazer, Sister Juliet, K-Ryme, Kai Kizzy, Tubah, Abukarr,Sinneh Moiju and many more.
Founder of the foundation Ibrahim Koroma known as Prezo Koroma urged other well-meaning individuals and organizations to show similar acts of kindness to those who are less privileged.
The second chance foundation also seek for more support as they have many court fines to pay for as well as facilitate for those in need for legal assistance.
