Augustus Kargbo has swiftly made a significant impact at Rovers. His debut as a late substitute against QPR, mere hours after signing, and a crucial assist in the 2-0 victory over Plymouth Argyle highlight the Sierra Leone international's rapid rise as a fan favorite.

Kargbo's precise assist for Tyrhys Dolan's decisive goal, executed through a seamless one-two with Makhtar Gueye followed by a perfectly weighted pass, showcased the 25-year-old's attacking prowess.

"I was thrilled to finally play in the league in front of our home fans," Kargbo remarked. "I was very pleased to contribute to the team with the assist."

The former Cesena forward is eager to build on his early success.

"I aim to continue gaining more minutes and strive to assist the team as much as possible. Hopefully, the goals will start coming soon."

Kargbo's team-oriented approach is evident.

"I love providing assists as much as scoring goals. It boosts your confidence and aids in winning games."

His developing partnerships with teammates like Pape, Todd Cantwell, Emmanuel Dennis, and especially Tyrhys Dolan are already yielding positive results.

"We have strong combinations," Kargbo explained.
"You can see Ty enjoys playing and loves one-twos, so it was a great goal. I enjoyed the one-two with Pape and the through pass to Ty, and what a finish! We are skilled players who want to play, so there is already a connection between us."

With his dynamic play and positive enthusiasm, Augustus Kargbo is rapidly establishing himself as a key player for Rovers. Fans eagerly anticipate his future contributions in the coming weeks.
