Rapper Drizilik becomes UBA's Brand Ambassador


Musician Drizilik has been made a brand Ambassador for Sierra Leone's branch of the United Bank of Africa. The announcement was made at the Bank headquarters yesterday.


Speaking, the Acting MD/CEO of UBA Sierra Leone Mohamed Alhajie Samoura remarked that Drizilik's youthful following and his consistency in his pursuits, makes him a good choice for such a partnership of brands and hopes to start marking achievements off this decision.

Rapper Drizilik, real name Benjamin Menelik George gleefully thanked those assembled and explained the start of his relationship with the bank, way off in his career in 2016. According to him, this partnership as Brand Ambassador for Leo and NEXTGEN Retail Banking Products ties off perfectly with his personal convictions of the importance of prudent financial decisions to secure one's future.


He asserted that his story will resonate with members of his age bracket, as he and the bank collaboratively devise means of enhancing financial literacy to guarantee a successful partnership.

The NEXTGEN products are services created for secondary and tertiary students between the youth age bracket of 35, for easier access to money and saving opportunities.
