President Julius Maada Bio has today welcomed the new Ambassador of the United States of America to Sierra Leone, David Bryan Hunt, at State House.
Presenting his credentials, Amb. Hunt echoed the sentiments of long standing ties of his country, with the government and people of Sierra Leone. He restated their government's commitments to ensuring a mutually beneficial relationship with the country.
He remarked on the country's attendance of this year's United Nation's General Assembly given the new role as a representative on the security council, believing many meetings of importance will be attended.
President Bio received the credentials of Amb. Hunt and wished him a good working experience whilst savoring the country of Sierra Leone.
