Kossoh Tong took the lead in the 16th minute when Abdulai Bangura converted a penalty after a Susan's Bay defender was caught handballing in the penalty area.
Susan's Bay tried to get back into the game, but Kossoh Tong's defense held firm to secure the victory.
Kossoh Tong now sits at the top of group G with 6 points from two matches played.
Goalscorer Abdulai Bangura expressed his delight after the match, saying that he was "happy to score my first goal in the COFA League".
