Daniel A. Conteh, the Director of Coaching Education and Talent Development for the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA), has concluded his participation in the FIFA Coach Education Leaders' Knowledge Exchange Workshop held in Kigali, Rwanda.
The workshop, which convened from September 16th to 19th, 2024, assembled football leaders from across Africa to engage in the sharing of best practices related to coaching.
Conteh's attendance at the workshop is a testament to the SLFA's commitment to enhancing coaching standards within Sierra Leone.
Throughout the workshop, he acquired valuable insights into contemporary coaching methodologies and strategies while fostering professional relationships with football administrators and experts.
The SLFA intends to incorporate these learnings into its coach education programs, ultimately contributing to the advancement and development of football within the country.
