Ady Macauley: APC's Presidential Hopeful Honored as a Top 100 Influential Global Voice

Sierra Leonean lawyer and APC presidential hopeful Ady Macauley Esq. received an international humanitarian award at the House of Lords, Westminster Palace, London, on Friday, February 28, 2025. 



The ceremony recognized individuals for their contributions to human rights and humanitarian efforts. Macauley was honored for his active promotion and protection of human rights in Sierra Leone, where he has consistently championed the rights of citizens and marginalized communities. 


This award further establishes Macauley’s influence and reinforces his commitment to justice, governance, and the rule of law.



The event also recognized other notable figures, including Hon. Prof. Mthuli Ncube, Dr. Dennis Idahosa, Dr. Christopher William-Martin, and High Chief Chukwudi N. Nnaji.


In presenting the award, Dr. Gbola Adeleke, Former Mayor of Dacorum, United Kingdom, and Executive Member of Advisory Board Council for Leaders Without Borders Development Centre, revealed that The Top 100 Influential Global Voices is an annual initiative that honors individuals whose voices have had a significant impact on the global community.
